We’ve put together an easy way for you to submit your rental inquiries! Each product has a quantity option, so just fill in the amount you need and click Add to Quote. As you browse around, your List will follow you from page to page (on the sidebar) making it easy to pair items together. Once you’re satisfied with your list, head over to My Wishlist, fill out the questionnaire, and submit! Easy peasy. Please note*- If you’re on a mobile device, there won’t be any sidebars 🙂
ready to book?
Yay! Once you’ve received your quote, have confirmed the items / details with us, and are ready to move forward- we’ll send over your rental agreement / contract for signing. We require a deposit to officially secure your rental items. Changes to your order can be made up to two weeks before your event. And hey! That’s also when your final payment is due!
Our minimum fee for delivery varies by location, and the items being delivered. Some set-ups / installations require more manpower from our skilled crews, so we also take into account the complexity of the order. Once we’re on-site, we get to work setting up your rental items exactly how you’d like them and/or previously discussed.

Once you’ve received your quote, you are more than welcome to set up a showroom appointment with us. It’s a great way to not only see your items in person but also to see how they work with each other and what items you could be overlooking!
